Sprinkler System Inspections (Irrigation Systems)

Inspection Masters NC offers visual sprinkler system inspections for residential properties throughout Southeastern North Carolina, including Pender County, Brunswick County, and New Hanover County.

Our sprinkler system inspection includes a limited visual evaluation of the accessible components of the irrigation system at the time of the inspection. This service is intended to help identify visible issues that may affect basic operation and coverage.

During the inspection, we observe items such as:

  • Controller and timer operation
  • Visible sprinkler heads and spray patterns
  • Obvious leaks or damaged components
  • General system operation at accessible zones

Sprinkler system inspections are performed as an ancillary service and do not replace a full evaluation or repair by a licensed irrigation or landscaping contractor.

If visible concerns are identified, we may recommend further evaluation or repair by a qualified irrigation professional.

Radon Testing

Our radon testing services use approved testing devices and follow applicable industry and state guidelines to measure indoor radon levels under normal living conditions, with results reflecting conditions only at the time of the test. Radon testing is a limited, non-invasive service and does not include mitigation or system installation. If elevated radon levels are identified, Inspection Masters NC may recommend additional testing or consultation with a qualified radon mitigation professional.

Indoor Air Quality and Mold Testing

Indoor air quality testing evaluates the presence of airborne particles and indicators that may suggest indoor environmental issues.

Our indoor air quality testing service includes the collection of air samples from interior living areas and, when appropriate, an outdoor control sample for comparison.

Air samples are submitted to an independent laboratory for professional analysis.

This testing may help identify:

  • Elevated levels of airborne particulates
  • Conditions that may contribute to poor indoor air quality
  • Indicators of possible mold activity

Mold Testing

Mold testing is a non-invasive service used to collect air and surface samples to help determine the possible presence of mold inside the home.

Inspection Masters NC performs mold sampling in accordance with accepted industry procedures and submits all samples to a certified third-party laboratory for analysis.

Mold testing may be recommended when:

  • Visible staining or suspected microbial growth is present
  • A property has experienced water intrusion or moisture issues
  • A client requests additional environmental information during a real estate transaction

Mold testing is intended to assist in identifying potential concerns and does not include mold remediation or repair services.

Important Disclosure

Indoor air quality and mold testing services are limited in scope and are not medical evaluations.
Results represent conditions at the time of sampling only.

If elevated or concerning results are identified, further evaluation by a qualified indoor environmental professional or licensed remediation contractor may be recommended.
